How does the HPC 50 privacy filter work?

The screen remains readable from the front. Visibility gradually decreases from the sides, with a nominal privacy angle of about 30° to the left and right.

Does HPC 50 make the screen completely invisible?

No. It reduces side viewing but does not replace confidentiality procedures. Ambient light, screen brightness and viewing angle all influence the result.

Which devices can HPC 50 be used on?

Its flexible structure is suitable for flat or slightly curved screens, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, payment terminals and touchscreens. A preliminary test is recommended.

Does the film reduce screen brightness?

Yes, as any privacy filter does. Measured visible light transmission is 60% ± 5%. Screen brightness may need to be increased slightly after installation.

The surface to be covered must be free of dust, grease or any other contaminant. Some materials such as polycarbonate may cause bubbling issues. A compatibility test is therefore recommended.

HPC 50 protects information displayed on screens used in offices, retail areas and public spaces. Its privacy filter limits side viewing while keeping the screen comfortable to use from the front.

The matte anti glare finish reduces reflections and improves viewing comfort. Measured visible light transmission is 60% ± 5% and optical haze is 55% ± 5%.

The flexible TPU hydrogel structure conforms to flat or slightly curved screens. It provides a smooth touch and helps reduce the appearance of light marks and everyday micro scratches.

The film is supplied in rolls and must be cut to the dimensions of the device before application. It is suitable for smartphones, tablets, laptops, payment terminals and touchscreens after compatibility has been checked.
