Description
SOL 251 is a metallised bronze solar-control film designed for installation on the interior face of glazing. Its warm finish is well suited to offices, hotels, shops, homes and buildings where bronze complements the architecture better than a silver appearance.
It rejects 72% of total solar energy, with 37% reflection, 12% transmission and 51% absorption. Its solar factor g of 0.28 effectively limits heat gain. Visible light transmission of 14% creates a subdued atmosphere and helps reduce glare. The film filters 95% of UV radiation.
SOL 251 has a 50 µm PET base, a 20 µm siliconised PET release liner and a polymer acrylic adhesive. It can be installed from 5°C with a suitable application solution. According to the Reflectiv technical data sheet, it is suitable for all glazing types when installed internally. Its fire classification is B-s1,d0 and its interior warranty is 10 years.
Cleaning may begin 30 days after installation. Use a mild ammonia-free solution with a soft cloth or non-abrasive squeegee to protect the film surface.
Durabilité
Garantie fabricant : 10 years. La tenue réelle dépend de l’exposition, de la qualité du vitrage, du respect des conditions de pose et de l’entretien.

Stockage
2 years from delivery. Store away from excessive humidity and sunlight, at a temperature below 38°C.
