La surface à coller doit être exempte de poussière, de graisse ou de tout autre contaminant. Certains matériaux comme le polycarbonate peuvent générer des problèmes de bullage. Un test de compatibilité est donc recommandé.
Description
Thick graphic films don't behave like solar film. They resist, they lift at the edges, they need firm, sustained pressure to bond properly, especially at overlaps and trim lines. A blade that's too soft absorbs the effort before it reaches the film. The RCL BK 01 doesn't.
Its black rigid vinyl is formulated to a hardness specifically matched to thick graphic films. It transfers the installer's full pressure directly into the film without flexing or splaying at the edges. The film bonds cleanly, bubbles are pushed out, edges stay down.
At 10 x 7.5 cm, it covers standard working surfaces as well as finishing zones. Its black colour sets it apart instantly from other squeegees in the kit, useful when switching between tools on a busy graphic job. The dedicated tool for installations where close enough isn't good enough.
