Professional installation squeegees

Soft, rigid, wide or compact: the right squeegee for every film, every surface and every technique.

This is the tool the installer holds in hand 80% of the time. The one that pushes out water, applies the film, removes bubbles, and delivers the finish. A good, well-chosen squeegee means a clean installation in fewer passes. Our squeegees are selected to cover every situation: flat glazing, curved surfaces, thin film, thick film, light smoothing or reinforced pressure.

A squeegee for every use, not one squeegee for everything

Soft squeegees

The soft squeegee slightly deforms under pressure, allowing it to adapt to curved surfaces and curved glazing. On an arched window, a domed surface, or automotive glass, it follows the curve instead of resisting it. Smoothing is smoother, contact with the film is more even, and the risk of creating creases in curved areas is reduced.

It is also recommended for thin films and delicate decorative films where excessive pressure could mark the surface. The flexibility of the rubber distributes pressure over a wider area and protects the film during smoothing.

Rigid squeegees

In contrast, the rigid squeegee does not bend. All the pressure is concentrated on the leading edge, making it highly effective at removing water and bubbles, especially on thick films and safety films. A 200 or 350 micron film requires more force to be properly applied to the glass than a 50 micron frosted film. The rigid squeegee provides that force without straining the installer’s wrist.

It is also the right choice for large flat surfaces where consistency of each pass is key. On a 3-meter-wide pane, a rigid squeegee maintains constant pressure from start to finish, resulting in a more uniform finish than a soft squeegee that would absorb part of the effort.

Technical gloves

Direct contact of hands with the film leaves behind grease and moisture, which get trapped under the film after installation. On transparent film or PPF, these marks are visible and cannot be corrected without removing and reapplying the film. Technical gloves eliminate this issue.

Our gloves are thin, snug-fitting, and anti-static. They leave no marks or fibers on the film. Tactile sensitivity is preserved, allowing you to feel bubbles, impurities, and film edges through the glove. This is an accessory that PPF installers and high-end film specialists consider just as essential as the squeegee.

Compact squeegees

Smaller formats exist for areas where standard squeegees cannot reach. Window frame corners, seal edges, narrow gaps between two panels, door handles on vehicles: the compact squeegee allows you to finish the last few centimeters that a larger squeegee cannot reach.

It is more of a finishing tool than a primary smoothing tool. The installer does the main work with the standard squeegee, then finishes edges and corners with the compact one. It adds about thirty seconds per window, but makes the difference between a good installation and a perfect one.
