Dry-erase whiteboard, magnetic receptive surface, adhesive chalkboard: films that turn any smooth surface into a collaborative workspace

Specialty films

An empty wall is a wall that does nothing. A meeting-room glass wall is a projection screen that goes unused. Our specialty films turn existing surfaces into functional tools—no building work, no extra furniture. Whiteboard film makes any wall or glass dry-erasable. Magnetic film lets you pin documents without drilling or glue. Chalkboard film gives you a writable black surface. Stick it, you’re ready; when needs change, remove it cleanly. No more freestanding boards taking space and ending up in a corner.

Surfaces that work as hard as your teams

Whiteboard film: every wall becomes erasable

The flagship of the range. A smooth white film on a wall or glass behaves like a classic whiteboard: dry-erase markers, wipe, repeat. The writable area is as large as the surface you cover—not limited to a 120×90 cm board on a stand.

In meeting rooms it’s a permanent brainstorming tool: sketch, erase, never run out of space. On project-office walls it replaces dozens of falling post-its. In training spaces it’s a low-tech interactive board—no power, no software, no boot time.

The finish is smooth and white, compatible with standard dry-erase markers. With occasional proper cleaner, repeated erasing stays ghost-free by limiting ink build-up in the film’s micro-pores.

Magnetic film: pin without drilling

Magnetic receptive film turns a wall or partition into a magnet-friendly surface for documents, photos, schedules and samples—no pins, no tape, no holes. Favoured by agencies, design studios, architects and anyone handling physical paper daily.

It installs on the existing surface and holds standard fridge-type magnets; several stacked A4 sheets are fine. Neodymium magnets help with heavier or thicker items.

Some references combine magnetic receptive and dry-erase on one film—write and pin on the same surface, ideal for meeting and war rooms.

Chalkboard film: chalk look, adhesive convenience

Chalkboard film gives a deep black or dark green surface for traditional chalk or liquid chalk markers—authentic school-board style with a vintage edge. Common in restaurants for daily menus, retail for chalk offers, coworking for informal brainstorm walls, and kids’ rooms for play.

The surface is matt and slightly textured so chalk grips well. Wipe with a damp cloth for classic chalk, dry cloth for liquid chalk markers. It stands up to daily erasing and keeps a deep black look over time.

What substrates can you apply them to?

Apply to any smooth, clean, non-porous surface: painted walls, plasterboard, doors, glass, metal, laminate, melamine—as long as it’s flat. Skip rough plaster or raw concrete: unevenness hurts adhesion and writing quality.

Whiteboard on glass is a smart use case: the glazed meeting room becomes a transparent writing surface—notes on one side, readable from the other or in photos. Some offices use glass whiteboards as always-on project boards visible from corridors.

Installation and care

Whiteboard and chalkboard films install wet like decorative film: soapy water, position, squeegee, dry-down. Magnetic film is thicker and stiffer—often dry with contact adhesive, with extra care to avoid air pockets.

Daily: dry cloth on whiteboard. Weekly whiteboard cleaner limits ghosting. Chalkboard: damp cloth for chalk; avoid abrasives that would scratch either surface.
