Sol 108: the exterior film that makes no compromises
Some projects demand everything at once: maximum heat rejection, strong daytime privacy, and exterior application to avoid disrupting the premises. Sol 108 ticks every box. It is the only exterior film in the Reflectiv range to combine 80% solar energy rejection with a 20% VLT.
The result: the most exposed facades benefit from top-tier thermal control and a pronounced exterior reflection that significantly limits outside visibility, without the need for additional blinds or sunshades.
Top of the range in exterior performance
A solar factor g of 0.20 is the lowest available for exterior application in the range. 66% of solar energy is reflected at the film surface, 11% transmitted, 23% absorbed. UV blocking reaches 99%.
For property managers and engineering consultants, the case is straightforward: Sol 108 mechanically reduces the load on air conditioning systems, with a measurable impact on operating costs.
